Plugin to Block users with multiple registration???

Hi, Im looking for a plugin to block users when they create multiple accounts/registration from the same IP/PC

and second question, I want registrations at my site only from Greek users, is it possible with OsClass???

You can use Country Block plugin to allow just multiple countries ;)
