problems plugins "Ultimate Autoposting"

Hello, I have problems with the plugins "Ultimate Autoposting" I managed to set everything on the Facebook developers page, everything works if I do not publish the API. My posts are automatically added to my facebook page when they do it from my website, but fans of my fan page on facebook do not see anything. If I make the API public, I am pleased with the following error:  Graph returned an error: (#200) Requires either publish_to_groups permission and app being installed in the group, or manage_pages and publish_pages as an admin with sufficient administrative permission
 the publication is registered on my site, but it does not appear on the fan page on facebook

I had an answer, but I had to ask for authorization from the api to facebook and more than 1 month ago I did not get answers from Facebook, unfortunately if I knew it was so cumbersome I would not buy it, regards.

lost money with this plugin, can't use it . developer should update to mobile API that allow post to page and group unlimited . check wordpress plugin

https://wordpress.org/plugins/accesspress-facebook-auto-post/ and other now has been update to mobile API to generate a facebook token
