The Recaptcha code is wrong?

When I want to contact a listing the contact form comes up. When you send the form this message comes up...."The Recaptcha code is wrong". Pls help? But in simple as posible words...I'm not so clued up lol. Thank you in advance

if you search Recaptcha you will see many people having issues with it
should re name it to Recraptcha  ::)
maybe this thread 'may' help

anyways spammers have found ways to circumvent the method
