Incomplete Tags Plugin ?

I had seen this page

for Tag plugin and its awesome

but there is one problem

and that is

when user place tags on their page

like office assistant

then the link will be created on the website like

www.example.com/index.php?page=search&tags=office assistant

first problem is that why there is space between office and assistant

second problem is that

why the page

www.example.com/index.php?page=search&tags=office assistant

is redirected to www.example.com/search/tags,office+assistant

why directly there is no such links on the website like

www.example.com/tags/office+assistant
 or
www.example.com/tags/office-assistant

and meta title and description for every tags is the same

is there any way to achieve such url like www.example.com/tags/office-assistant with proper title and description
