I was looking on the forums and markert and wondered if a advanced style of user rating/review plugin has ever been made??
you see these options now appearing on classifieds / review/rating sites etc also on a lot of wordpress classifieds themes on themeforest
instead of just a standard comment it has something like these features for a more advanced rating/ review/ comment system:
for instance a service listing site
1) users can leave a review / comment as normal
2) users can select form various ratings - service good 1-5 stars - price good 1-5 stars - would recommend 1-5 stars etc
( you can then group the star ratings like above to get a overall rating for a listing for all the combined ratings left by all users)
3) user can upload pictures with there review/comment, example, this is my car before and after it was washed, or here are pictures of food form this place etc
4) put the users avatar by the review/ rating
5) allow user to thank the person for the review, give it a upvote, to move it up the rating/reviews
6) flag option , just in case you get bad reviews/ comments or spam left
7) points system to encourage users to submit reviews on the site
