Payment Options Total Displays Incorrect Amount

In the User Account Manager I get:
Publication date: January 14, 2013
Price: 50.00 Dollar US$
I get $50 fee when it's only supposed to be $3.00 for a premium ad.
I have the premium category fee set to $3.00 and the payment options for Allow Premium Ads Default cost set to $3.00 as well.

Ideas anyone?
