The idea of the plugin redirects

Hello, I'm sorry, i write through a translator.
Users want to have an active link to a site with ads page.
To make this possible an additional field.
But it is better to make a plug-in to redirect through a redirect.
Can somebody make such a plugin?

What do you have in mind using a redirect?

Save the number of time it is clicked and make some stats?
Open the link in an iframe?

A rel="nofollow" could be enough for that.

Anyway, I will add the idea to my to-do. If I have some time, I'll make it work.
