Translated cars_attributes to Czech

Hi Guys,

I was translate plugin cars_attributs 2.1 to Czech language. https://rapidshare.com/files/3618985013/cs_CZ.rar

I was found some bugs: 1.) It is impossible translate "new" at line 179, "manual" at line 205, "owner" at line 229.
2.) If it is not selection "make and models" in car attributes it is not possible save it as other attributes.

It will be great, implement link attribute model and make with categories and options creation own attributes.
