verification phone number before publish items

Hello all

I just installed the telephone number verification plugin and everything went well

but I want to change something that is needed

when user click the button (+ Publish) to add a item there the user must (verify phone number) first and then can switch to page posting item

I use the Phone Number Verification plugin

Anyone can help?
