Dynamic checkbox - categories & sub-categories

Hello Everybody,

Please someone could help me in order to change the static checkboxes of categories in Real estate Theme into dynamic way.

In this last, it's possible to show/hide subcategories and, furthermore, when you click on subcategories a semi-checked symbol appears on the first categories
