FREE Osshaft Real Estate theme made Responsive

This is the Real Estate theme made Responsive with a couple added features such as Print Ad, Search Bar containing property type, state, city, search terms, bedrooms, bathrooms, min/max price and Sidebar ad locations, Footer logo changeable in admin, background color and image.
The rotating ad slider on main page will not interfere with other slider or carousel plugins.

Could easily be modified for Vehicle theme or

HUGE update with many added features.
If you liked the Osshaft Realestate version 1.0 you will really like Version 2.0.
 
Has all the features as version 1,0 now with:
Header and footer logo images changeable in Admin.
Header and Footer background images.
Nicer looking buttons and much more.

Another HUGE update with many added features.
If you liked the Osshaft Realestate version 1.0 and 2.0 you will really like Version 3.0.
 
Has all the features as version 1.0 and 2.0 now with:
4 theme background/layout settings settable in Admin.
Updated user dashboard and item post.
Nicer looking buttons and much, much more.
And still fluid for all those handhelds.
