other languages does not work with real estate theme

when using a multiple languages with the real estate theme you will get english even though you have changed it or even deactivated english as a site language. Anyone have a fix for this? if I change back to bender it works fine but with real estate it does not work with other languages. the language that I used was swedish and it and I checked and its fully translated.

Why you need 2 accounts?
Can you check if it is only on real estate theme? I hade similar problem with categories translation, osclass reinstall helped...
