Anyone knows how to make upload photo a required field?

im using, but dont work.

i tried that but it didnt work

There is no apparent solution to this. If you remove the image editing the ad, and then updates the announcement, no condition will work after to remove the image because there is no page refresh while you remove the image, so any condition javascrip not work while not exist one refresh on the page. If i'm wrong, correct me.
