new osclass 3.4.2 Compatibility

Hello, 
Is this Theme Repurpose compatible with new osclass3.4.2 and up?

the theme probably has not been updated since the dawn of time.  that being said, it probably doesn't incorporate the new goodies(helpers) that osclass has available. if you like the look and layout of the theme, use the child theme integration.

The Theme works fine up to the point when you try to place new ad, it will not send email to verify and accept listing.
How to go about doing a child theme?

email has nothing to do with the theme, that is core - edit in admin.

  Email is handled by the core program so you edit it in the admin panel.
and I sent the link already for the "how to" for the child theme
