[Suggestion] Administrator Roles

It would be helpful if you let the administrator can specify roles to other admins.  Roles like
Comments only
Post only
User verification
Such users should not be able to edit other sections. 

Just a thought.  :-)

We should create a role system that can be customizable... thanks for the suggestion! There's a lot of work to do
