..so the idea is:
when somebody wants to buy my item, but has not enough money, has to decide if he needs it, or has no time right now, then he can ask me, if I can hold that item for him for example for X days, so I mark the item as reserved, and it will remain in my items list, but will not be available for sale to others. It can save some typing, when I'm going to sell that item, I exchange some mails with buyer, so I delete the ad, but after that, buyer decides to not buy an item, so I have to list it again..
