Ok Very Easy guys

IMPORTANT:
Check your domain address with /feed at the end ie http://peeklocal.com/feed if you are NOT seeing any feeds then you need to enable PERMALINKS.
In admin menu-->general settings--> permalinks-->CHECK friendly URLS.
If you do not want to enanle friendly urls then your site feed url is
http://peeklocal.com/index.php?page=search&sFeed=rss


1- Sign in to http://Feedburner.com with your Google user name or register.

2- IN "Burn a feed right this instant. Type your blog or feed address here:"
http://peeklocal.com/feed
PRESS NEXT:
Name your feed title and choose feedburner address.
PRESS NEXT
Congratulations message should come..
on the BOTTOM click on SKIP and got MANAGEMENT
3- CLICK on PUBLISIZE
4- from the left menu click on SOCIALIZE
5- click on Add Twitter Account button.
Enter title details etc how you want the tweets to be appeared on the your twitter account
Enter your twitter username and password to grant access.

6- Click ACTIVATE on the bottom and enjoy.

You should have short links (if selected) like this in tweets: http://goo.gl/fb/ywUL7

I think you need the extra-feeds plugin.

if enabled and still not working..
Check in your root directory generate_rules.php

find these lines
// Feed rules
    $rewrite->addRule('^feed$', 'index.php?page=search&sFeed=rss');
    $rewrite->addRule('^feed/(.+)$', 'index.php?page=search&sFeed=$1');

if not there add them

Anyway the full feed url is your domain address/index.php?page=search&sFeed=rss

I like using feedburner for Twitter as there is not limit on updates/posts to twitter while on twitter feed there is limit of maximum 5. busy site might do not like the wait...

No difference...
however

Twitterfeed:
You can autopost to Twitter,Facebook,LinkedIN and two others..
You have selction of shorturl like bit.ly tinyurl for your Twitter and facebook updates.
you can have max 5 updates every 1/2 hour.

Feedburner:
Owned by Google, can be used using your gmail account.
Only offer posting to Twitter
Max autopost 8 post every 1/2 hour
Only one shorturl is offered goo.gl
More customization than twitterfeed.
Can be linked to adsense account.

you can just use twitterfeed or feedburner for twitter and twitterfeed for the rest..

You don't need to user permalinks or any other plugin at all (extra points if you use it tho). URL for your feed is :   http://www.your-domain.com/index.php?page=search&sFeed
