a suggested "bypass" for the ipad file upload issue

Hi

I understand that users of IPAD are not able to upload images when using the mobile theme.

I would like to suggest that the mobile theme be modified in a way that would allow user to enter a url to the image they want to upload, and osclass will upload the image from the url.
