country selection obliged even if we use 1 country only

Hello,

when we used osclass for 1 country only users have now to choose the country location because a new text says : "please select a country".

previously, "belgium" (or the country) was selected by default.

it would be greate if have only one country in db to select it by default without requestion user to.

we must improve the way the location is selected... and if there's only one country don't show the select.
