Notification of comments

Please implement notification of ad owner and if possible notification of other users who left comments in the next release of OSClass. Currently I forward comments manually to ad owner and it's quite a lot of manual work. Thanks.

In next version 2.3 when someone post a comment it could be two notifications:
    - to the admin
    - to the advertiser

So... I think that I'm missing send notifications to other users who have already commented.
