ADVANCE SEARCH problem in THEME ONE

I bought Theme ONE for my classified web in that theme i got some issues 1) Did Not get any result in advance search
2) Did not get verification e.mail for registration.I had checked all the parameters and setting which are ok...I try to contact the theme provider but still no answer....If any one knows the issues please help me to solve it.

Hi. Your host is shared? If you search 4 character words you get results? Ask your host about the value of ft_min_word_len . i gues is 5 because I got search results when searching for dubai but not for rav4

You contact me where? If you bought the theme from osclass market you have an option to send me a message. By leaving a comment on my market that do not mean that you contact me, even so i answer there. But from where i see your email is not in my order list from my market, so i supose that you buyed this theme from osclass market.

For first issue read this, and the theme has nothing to do with search.

Now for second issue, again the theme has nothing to do with sending emails, osclass script send emails and here you could have some bad settings on emails server or other issue, but this also is not related with the theme.

No Marius, i think is 4. The site is in 2 languages, if the ads are published with language Arabic and searched in English language, will not be displayed in results.

Yes it's 4. You are right. Then searches for car won't get results in neither of the languages.

EDIT: There are 2 solutions:

1. VPS or dedicated host with ft_min_word_len= 2 or 3.
2. shared host with ft_min_word_len=4 and my solution:

In both cases the indexes from the db must be regenerated.

Calin. Could my solution be transformed into a plugin? I neved made a pugin for osclass, that's why I ask you.
