Having trouble to get a quote done. While I have only made about 5 inquiries to various sources, i have a 100% no reply rate. So, here I am reaching out here. Anyone make themes? If so, I am paying. I have the wire-frames and need a quote to see how much someone will charge. I believe it is only HTML changes and no code changes. Any one interested?
