Can't Translate "Select a Country"

Hello guys, I have installed the osclasswizard free theme but I can't translate the Select a country, select a region, select a city!!

I have translate from original english file. The file is like the same but the translations not work.
I think everythink is configured fine!

Why that? I attach for you 3 languages from the theme

missing translation at :

solution:
open theme.po with poedit and ,
add missing translation > file > save ( replace= yes )
file > compile to mo ( replace= yes )

2. de_DE
open theme.po with poedit and ,
file > save  ( replace= yes )
file > compile to mo ( replace= yes )

I have bender theme translated. Everything works fine except this part: This website is proudly using... I do not want that in english... can it be translated?

If you do not want to show " This website is proudly using... " , into panel unmark this text selection, than it will not appear into footer
