I am Author of "Decent Mobile Theme" and i am here for your help. I want to explain something about the tickets that we don't handled due to to following reasons
Yes there are few bugs in the version that is uploaded to market but we are providing support to buyers who contacted us. We have handled lot of tickets even provided support for irreverent questions. Some buyers questions irritating us due to less information provided. We often ask them to send us screenshot or login info but majority of them don't reply and they made a bad review on forum and on plugin page that is not good.
For example you can see below, People asking us questions in product review... Amazing :/
Even we have detailed documentation and no one try to follow that.
Most important We never asked additional money for default features that we offered in plugin. .BTW we are fixing issues and adding more features in plugin such as payment plugin, social login and few more.
So please be patient,
