fatal error with US theme

this is the message i have while setting up the US theme

ERROR: Some dependencies could not be loaded (php-date)
Fatal error: Call to undefined method FieldForm::i18n_datePicker() in /home/content/49/10456449/html/adzarususa/oc-content/themes/usa/head.php on line 61

can you advise?

Permissions are correct?
Try to delete FieldForm::i18n_datePicker() from head.php (backup first...)
