It has a social touch to it I think.... looks clean and different from other clean themes, very nice.  8)

Once you're ready you could donate it to OsClass Themes? (or just the frame)  ::)

I may be mistaken  ??? but I think this looks a lot like another theme here from another member, called 'bootsnap''?
wish there were a live demo to look at, think Id buy the other theme before this one  :D
