Menu sub subcategories

Hello

I've been using repurpose theme where categories are shown in top menu (see attachment) and then when you click they expand down and show subcategories, like 2WD and 4WD on picture.
Does anybody know if there is a plugin or some code already which would expand these subcategories (2WD,4WD) on hover and show their subcategories?
Because I have a structure like this:
Rally-2WD-Cars
                -Parts
                -Rent

Any ideas?

I not test this before, because i dont need sub-sub-cat... leave your report after you test this

Thanks, but I've used your attached index file, but it does not work.
It doesn't let me move any categories nor subcategories and when I add a new one there is an error.
