[Solved] New theme not applied on login page

hi,
i installed a new theme brazil theme but edited to morocco map,
the problem is when i enter to the login page, i have the old theme applied

index page (no problem on it): http://www.lbo9.com
login page (have the problem): http://www.lbo9.com/user/login

You could write what was problem and how you fixed that .... aand add [Solved] to title of thread

i don't know exactly the solution, because i have the script alread in another hosting so i just reuploaded it to the new hosting
