Hello, isnt there a user login, register and private area for newcorp theme???

No, this theme has no user features. A user submits a resume ( their ad) for admin approval / posting.
 
I no longer have the theme but I had modified this theme to include all these features but then decided not to use it so I know it can be done.
 I had placed the user pages under "LINKS".
