Most important is the location dropdowns track previous choice.
Chose a Country and CORRECT States (Regions) show in dropdown. Chose a State (Region) and CORRECT Cities show in dropdown. But there is more - Site visitor can enter their own location wanted in case a location their looking for does not show.
