premium strip how to edit

could anyone have the time to let me know how do i edit the " premium " stripe ?
i would like to add different one ,

Hello,
           You can make it in your current theme folder - > loop-single-premium.php file

Hi Maniar,

Me again,
i did checked the loop-single-premium.php in os-content/gui/osclass/loop-single-premium.php, but i couldnt notify as where the change should be made in manner to add my premium stripe.

i will much appreciate if you could give me some extra details?
i am using patricia theme from mb-themes.
