Urgent item post how to make a new error message?

Hi guys many are asking this on the forum but i do not find any answer!
I need some help on this form!

What i try is to make checkbox required but with the osclass error message!

I think that i need to change the oc-includes/osclass/ItemActions.php file
But how and what i need to change?
