SOLVED: Advanced Settings Will not change

Hello World,

 When attempting to change the advanced settings for the new domain it does not take effect. When I point my domain to the host IP it just re directs to my internal box's IP Addresses. I have looked in the config.php and tried to change it in this but when this is done and I reset apache2 it goes completley white and I have to re install to fix it. Help is appreciated.

Issue has been resolved.

For future reference if you are hosting locally you have to create an object in your host file or it will attempt to go out to the internet and back into your firewall then out again. Finally!
