Bootstrap responsive Fix < 3.2.0

Hi,

in case you are using a bootstrap theme with bootstrap version before 3.2.0 there's a good chance you are actually missing some responsiveness with the class "img-responsive". There is an easy fix in case you are not upgrading your bootstrap, have a look here, it mentions FF but I experienced an improvement in other browsers as well: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/21943108/bootstrap-3-img-responsive-images-are-not-responsive-inside-fieldset-in-firefox
