display latest listings on another site

I am trying to display the latest listings from http://classifieds.westportnow.com/ at the bottom of the first column on http://www.westportnow.com/index.php

I need the grid to be just 1 ad wide -- would prefer to show only three or four latest if possible.

I've tried implementing http://forums.osclass.org/plugins/latest-ads-for-iframe/ and I can get the ads to display, but I don't know how to display only  1 ad column rather than the 3x3 grid (I use the GUM theme).

Is there a plugin that can handle this, or can anyone help me?
