How to configure "Required Fields at Registration" to add mobile number

I have installed the "Required Fields at Registration" plugin and edited the form.php to make the required phone number, however It is not showing on the user registration page, I am sure I have missed something on the theme that I need the edit. Any help on this, where to add and what code?
I am using the Bootsnap theme.  Thank you for your help

So I think you should ask in development part etc.

I thought Tips and Tricks is how to setup question. If it is not working then it is a development issue don't you think? Any way I wanted an answer not a suggestion about where it should go.

 If its not working its conflicting with the theme, you will get solution with theme maker. or give us details we will try to solve this..
