Just wanted you to know something. use a new/secondary mail id  for contacting real estate owners. those real estate agents are very good spammers. you do not want to share your primary mail id with them.

This is a very simple tip. Since you have a niche specific classifieds site you have an added advantage.

=> Add a blog in a subdomain such as blog.yoursite.com or a folder yoursite.com/blog.

=> Link recent 5 blog posts in the main page. I have seen your site You have no additional space. Please make space or utilize the sidebar.

=> Again peek into your competitors to know what they are posting.

=> In India a famous niche specific blog is "b i k e w a l e . c o m" . I am not sure whats famous in UK.

=> See what they are posting and post similar topics.

=> also use the tips mentioned above for your main classified site.

=> and even more. You will get an added advantage over every other classified site, Backlinks.

And remember "on page SEO " is also the key.

Coz those big guys have dedicated team for on page seo.

The closest highest ranking site purely for bikes in the uk is MCN
The next being autotrader, then pistonheads.co.uk

I have worked on the extra information, and put most stuff on my front page within hidden overlayers of css, in the footer, still working on that, will get blog up and running within a day or so.

There are a few classifieds that offer two types of ads
1. buy ads
2. sell ads

Instead of contacting sellers through contact box.

The idea is to post a FAKE "buy ad".

This will invite users to contact. (thereby, save you time).

Their mail ids will be visible in their mails they send. Just collect all their mail ids. and sell a bulk email from another mail id.

Use the email template mentioned above.
