My Google Maps Lock Unlock Contribution

I have had a lot of fun designing our website using OSClass. Here is my first contribution I am happy to share. This is for the google maps plugin that comes with OSClass. JavaScript work is already done to lock or unlock google map in listings by clicking a link. Just upload map.php inside map.zip into "oc-content/plugins/google_maps/" folder. Useful to prevent accidental zooming or dragging when mouse pointer or finger passing over map. If you are curious to know what has been added, compare the files. I might style it some more after I get more done to the overall site. Been jumping here n there making adjustments.
