New Idea of Request Delivery Plugin

Hello All,
Need help with Plugin development which I call "Request Delivery" plugin.
elaboration:-
First, we will have one button called request this item on the item page. by clicking it the form will pop-up as send to friend/comment form.
After that, item requested for delivery the request will go for moderation from admin and after successfully passed that request by an admin it will take e-mail confirmation from the seller side with just a button in the email template to just confirm that the item is still available for sell.
then the Buyer will be notified via email and the payment process should also be with it. with the help of some payment plugin with the unique link for the same price of items price and additionally our delivery charges.
We can talk about it more for better understanding after you show more interest in this.

This is not for a classifieds website. Admin (owner of the site) is not usually involved with user transcations.

Agreed but if the customer accepts the disclaimer of terms and condition and commission charges then we can be part of the transaction.
Moreover, the facilities of meet up and C2C transactions are also available. but one more functionality may increase the way of ease of our users.
The world's best business model of Airbnb is also about C2C and these may introduce C2B2C where we as a business can be the part of transactions being made. which will clearly increase user's trust for the website and our efforts!
Need full support of developers as I have no coding knowledge, so all Osclass developers and special persons are most welcome!
Need your support to solve this problem.

Interesting

A "request delivery" for me sounds too much "web-shoppy" but I can imagine a plugin / functionality that eases communication and hopefully selling success for those publishing their ad. There's definately some room to support the interaction between possible buyers and sellers by improving/creating some smarter processing compared to the way communications are done in the 'old' way (private messaging / email / Phone number display).

Have you made progress toward this idea?

I've had this similar idea for a long time. Years ago I delivered furniture items from sellers to buyers on Craigslist. My idea was to build my own web-ads site so that I could list my delivery service on every ad. This can justify spending money to promote your own web-ads site because you have something to gain when someone uses your delivery service. Also, it will help you promote the site by advertising on your delivery truck -it's a great synergy!
