but i want to my site show in sub domain like this

http://city.mywebsite.com

is it possivel ? please help me

you can't get my point when someone click city or state  show to subdomain like this site check it

it's main domain

and it's state  sub domain

if you are using your own web hosting, u can add sub domain as you want city.mywebsite.com on your hosting cpanel goto subdomain to create new subdomain

Can some explain me in plain English like I am 5 years old (i dropped a 0) why is good that each city has is own sub-domain. I have seen that in all top classified sites. But those work on geolocation either as an IP or html5 geolocation API. So what are the benefits and if someone if THOSE sites has a separate database or themes or whatosever meaning separate from city to city.

Now OSclass does not have it, but I know you can create it.
1) Creating subdomains on your hosting control panel
2) Installing on each subdomain osclass scritp
3) editing config file to point to main database
That is easy (well sorry for me) . But again I dont see the benefits honestly.

   So they like ads to be in their own hometown. (Even if there not ,they don't know that)

What about using:
Wildcard DNS
HTACCESS

Setting up the wildcard DNS you could type in something like:
lasvegas.myosclass.com
and with the htaccess file be redirected to something like
myosclass.com/search/city,lasvegas/

Its a start for now. The rest will more than likely need a change in the php code.
