Fatal Error After Installation

I bumped onto the same problem during last step of installation.

"Call to a member function numRows() on a non-object in /oc-includes..."

I was installing OSClass 3.2.2 using firefox v28

-I connected to my website root folder - /public_html with filezilla and created the temporary folder "tmp" inside the public folder.

/public_html/tmp

By default Filezilla creates folders with a 755 attribute.

-Went back to my installation tab and refresh - and resubmited data.

Voila !! it completed the installation!!

Nothing to do with Filezilla. Those are the permissions predefined by your HOSTING COMPANY.

And apparently they are wrong, tmp is not needed to be manually created, and you will have problems in the future.

because if this is your first issue  at installation, your in for a surprise!

make sure all your files are uploaded.... there are several issues in this thread, which one are you referring to?

This error:

the line 63 is:

if( $return->numRows() > 0 ) {

I speak with goddy now on the phone. What I say to them?

do I have all my files uploaded correctly?

do I have my DB configured correctly?

this problem is not from the beggining
maybe the problem is last updates of osclass, because I have enable to auto-update the core files of the os-class.

Im not tech to help you more. Im searching to fix simething

Godaddy say they dont see any error at DB connections

the "on a non-object"

means it is not there. so reupload your files. I prefer using filezilla or smartftp. do not use godaddy file upload.

what files must I upload?
