<Resolved>Payment Plugin Rendering Issue

I have posted this in another thread but assumed it is in the wrong place as no one has been able to reply except for Tom and I'm guessing he can't help me.  Can any of the osclass developers shed some light on what to do to help to get my payment/menu and payment/pack pages from the payment plugin to render the same as the other pages in the osshaft_colors theme?  I've been trying to follow the advice given here: http://forums.osclass.org/plugin-payments/payment-switching-from-modern-to-bender-and-back-again/ but it isn't working right.  I've created the user-custom.php file and copied the bender format.  Then made changes under "New Functions" in the osshaft_colors theme functions.php file also copying the bender functions.  Is there something I'm missing?  If you want to view my other post for the files that I've altered see it here: http://forums.osclass.org/themes-26/osshaft_colors-theme-and-payment-plugin-question

I apologize for double posting but I'm not sure where to put this request for help where those in the know will see it.  This is the only issue that is keeping me from going live with the site.

I am seeing this error when I go to the payment/menu page:

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /home/username/public_html/oc-content/plugins/payment/user/menu.php on line 5

I finally figured this out.  You have to create a user-custom.php page and make sure the appropriate head information is in your header.php file.  See this thread:
