Which version of the plugin are you using?
Is cron working properly? (it could be activated and not work) are you using built-in cron or your system's ?

built-in cron is not very reliable, system's one is way better. IF your website has low traffic, that may be the problem, as with the built-in cron, it's the website's traffic that triggers the cron

You could take a look here : https://doc.osclass.org/Cron

Note: If you have set the premium from the admin panel instead of paying, then, it's the "normal" premium and will not expired/turn off. If you or your users have payed for the premium, then it should expired. If the problem persists after using cron, then it may be something else and we should investigate it.

yes, they paid for a premium ad. I have noticed that they have not expired for a month. At that time I installed a ssl certificate

Have you changed your http to https in your PayPal(?) account as well?
Maybe that is still referring to http and causing an issue?

never mind, it's about the 'period', was off guard because of the http / https change...
