If you have this language activated in backoffice, it should work without any problem or any required action.
Please check if you have activated (enabled) sweden language for front-office

have not tried other

may be wrong to "define ('REL_WEB_URL', '/');"
oasclass is in subdoman in my webhotell

or path set in .ps

"X-Poedit-SearchPath-0: /home/xxxxxxxxxx/domains/xxxxx.se/public_html/annons/"
"themes/repurpose\n"

ex.
#: 404.php:14
msgid "Page not found"
msgstr "Sidan finns inte"

I use the response, but the themes shows nothing in Swedish.
I have sv_SE in response / languages / sv_SE

Can instead go into the program and change to Swedish words?

<? php _e ('Contact', 'twitter');?> to <? php _e ('Kontakt', 'twitter');?>

or what am I doing wrong?
