Buyer Beware - BC Shop bootsnap theme Part 2
« on: June 30, 2016, 01:26:15 pm »
My original post was locked, so I am sorry to the mods for starting a new thread. I contacted Osclass to see if the thread could be unlocked, however I did not received a response or reason why the thread was locked. I do apologies for starting a new thread, however I feel this is the only way I expose the truth without being censored.  This is my True and honest experience with the developer from BC-Shop. Mods please don't lock this thread down, I have been respectful!!!!

Part one for the record can be found here:

Dear anonymous001,

We did replied to your email, please check your spam folder. We replied and gave you the reasons why it was locked, but here is the text again

Hi Alex, our forum is just for help and support, we don't want to be a board about complaints from purchases in other stores. You thread was blocked, not deleted.

Hope you understand, best regards

Hope you understand our point of view, you are an anonymous person that made some claims that we could not corroborate, it's your version against the developer's version. This could turn very fast in a flame topic, and we don't want to. We feel it's important to warn other users about other developers and their products, but this is probably not the place. We decided to lock the topic once every part has explained their view, so other users could see what happened from both sides of the story. Stop starting new threads about this topic.

We, at Osclass, are not responsible for what other developers sells at their websites nor the support they give you (if any). We have a quality compromise and all developers at the Official Osclass Market are required to give you support about their themes and plugins. We work with developers and review their products before publishing them in the market. If you had bought the product at the official market, we'd make sure you receive support or a refund, as you bought it somewhere else, this is out of our control and we could do nothing.
