I'm going to make my own site after releasing 1.1 so I'll be able to translate it into my language - Czech.

Hi,
I believe i'm able to translate this script in French, in good French  :)

BUT ! Before doing it, i'll be happy to install the script, i have actually a parse error in the index.php, install folder ! :(

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '{' in /homez.133/lecoudra/tsf-et-radio/modulannonce/oc-installer/index.php on line 56"

I'm sure you can do something for me (and others)

Regards, Kaki

Hi,

Here you can find the last translation packages: http://sourceforge.net/projects/osclass/files/Translation%20packages/

Dutch is done :) How about the others? Anyone have doubts how to translate it?

I didn't know anything about open source, but I looked on google how to complete a translation file with the software PoEdit.

I'have begin to update the french translation file, but I think that the french translation version is not correct.
Many sentences are missing and I cannot translate because I don't know they are missing.

I scanned Osclass code with PoEdit, and I have found 617 strings to translate, it's not finish, but can you confirm me that I'm not working for nothing (in working in a bad version for example...  :( ) I have attached the translation package on wich I work.

An other problem, after translating many strings, I have put the translation on my server, the majority of translations are correctly displayed, but some not. And I saw that for some strings, in the file .po the English string is different from that present in the code (because of uppercase or lowercase) and suddenly the site does not translate into French. I have updated the string in English in the file .po, but do you know this problem ?
Example :
In backoffice_menu.php : <?php _e('Add a new category'); ?>
In messages.po : msgid "Add New Category"

First of all, about your problem with missing sentences: it's because in your settings you have as keyword only "__", and here you have to add "_e" too. Once you've done that, you could search again the sentences and you'll find it.

There should be 667 strings aprox. Once you've translated, you should copy the .po and .mo file to the french folder. I hope this solve your problem.
